Best Series:
The best series we will look at this time will focus on the pennant races involving San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Colorado. San Diego at Arizona shows how teams who are not in contention for pennants can still play significant games, as spoilers, in September. Colorado at San Francisco involves two teams who are attempting to stay in contention vs. San Diego. Finally, Philadelphia at Los Angeles is another example of how Tiers turn weak wild card contests into strong ones impacting on two pennant races.
